Policies / Terms and Conditions

• Purchasing Originals  Available artworks are listed on the shop page. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in purchasing a piece that is not listed, making an offer, or have any questions. We usually respond in one to two days.

  Free shipping on originals (excludes prints) within the Continental USA. International orders will be charged shipping based upon the weight of the artwork plus packaging. All originals ship with insurance and signature confirmation required. Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. Depending upon your location most USA orders will arrive 3-14 days after shipment, most international orders will arrive 1 to 3 weeks after shipment. Shipping charges are non refundable. Buyer pays for return shipping. Individual listings shipping polices may differ. Please refer to each listing, contact me if you need help.
• Return Policy    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for originals, 14 days for prints. 
  There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. 
  To initiate a return, please email davidruiz@bigabstractcanvas.com and include the following information:

1. Your name
2. The title of the piece
3. The date of purchase
4. The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
5. The reason for requesting a return -If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
6. Please ship the artwork in the original packaging if possible. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Buyer pays return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email davidruiz@bigabstractcanvas.com with any questions or concerns.

Orders 
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
